Graphic Design: image maker

I kind of fell into graphic design. At first it was just people asking me to make them things, like letter heads and logos. Since I drew anyway it seemed easy enough on the surface, to make things in this idiom. But once I got into it I realised what a wide ranging craft graphics are. Somehow, someone gave me a job art directing a small advertising agency. So in one fell swoop I had to learn graphic design and a plethora of computer graphics programs. Since those early days in 1996 graphics slowly took over to become my main profession. So that by the time I joined 3 in a box in 2002 I was a graphic designer.

Web Design: the way we talk these days!

The Worldwide Web. It is possibly the most dynamic and interesting source of communication and reference that we have yet created. It is one of the places that I hang out in. Most of all though it is an invaluable tool for promotion and exposition of new ideas.

I started making web designs in 2000. My first forays into the field were using Macromedia Flash 4. Soon though I got into HTML. Now, if I can get away with it, I use Flash only where it is needed. Below I have placed only sites that I designed and built. There are many more sites that I have worked on, but they are not included here.
